For the MCA Class 4(Y) or Class 5 (Y) Command Endorsement Limited to Yachts + Sail Training Vessels. By the 31st July 2003 all captains and watch officers of commercial motor and sailing yachts will have to complete the STCW 95 commercial endorsement to their current certificate.
